Official DeKalb County sources

DeKalb County published the 2026 assessment rolls for all 19 townships on September 10, 2026, with a county-wide final filing date of October 13, 2026. The 2026 residential appeal packet states that a supplemental evidence extension to October 27, 2026 is available only if the extension form is filed with the appeal by October 13. Current county materials list paper mail or in-person filing, not e-file, fax, or email filing.
